Maintain and implement IT systems, equipment, software, and processes to support organizational infrastructure.. Monitor infrastructure environments and resolve Tier I and II incidents, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with vendors and partners.. Support installation, configuration, and repair of hardware and software for end users across office and branch locations.. Track and manage hardware and software inventory using network management tools; maintain up-to-date network diagrams and documentation..
