As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management. Your strong communication skills and understanding of customer needs will be essential in ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.. Responsibilities. . Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding energy inquiries. . Assist customers with questions about their accounts, billing issues, and service inquiries. . Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. . Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as needed. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective handling of customer needs. . Stay informed about energy market trends and our service offerings. . Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills. Residency in Greece. In possession of AMKA and AFMI. Prior customer service experience, ideally in the energy or utility sector, is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Able to work part-time hours while living in Greece. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Genuine interest in the energy sector and helping customers navigate their services.
