Improve data delivery efficiency by 40% by optimizing queries, storage layers, and warehouse logic within 6 months.. . Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines using modern data stack tools.. . Partner with Product, Operations, and Learning teams to gather and define analytics and reporting needs.. . Ensure data pipeline reliability, performance, and integrity across systems.. . Optimize SQL queries and ETL workflows for speed, scalability, and accuracy.. . Own and enforce data quality, validation checks, and documentation standards.. .
