In this role, you will assist customers and clients in understanding renewable energy solutions, while delivering exceptional service in Portuguese.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available options.. . Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, following regulatory compliance.. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.. . Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.. . Ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.. . Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.. . Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.. .
