In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking clients by assisting them with inquiries related to logistics solutions, shipping processes, and transportation services. Your skills in customer service will be key to ensuring that our clients experience smooth and efficient support.. Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat about logistics and transportation services.. . Provide detailed information regarding shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and service options.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our systems.. . Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely responses to client needs.. . Stay updated on industry trends and logistics regulations to provide informed support.. . Collect feedback from clients to help enhance service delivery and customer experience.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.. . Strong communication and problem-solving skills.. .
