We are seeking skilled and safety-focused individuals for a Full-Time Forklift Operator – Advanced Technology role. This position supports modern warehouse and industrial operations using advanced material-handling technology and offers paid training, certification, and long-term career opportunities.. Training & Certification. Paid training program provided. 6 weeks of virtual training, followed by 1 week of onsite, hands-on training. Certificate awarded upon successful completion of training. Training start date: February 16th. Interviews will take place in late January and early February. Key Responsibilities. Operate advanced-technology forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Transport, load, and unload materials in warehouse or industrial environments. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and site regulations. Support inventory movement and workflow efficiency. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum of one (1) year of advanced technological forklift operator experience. Personal computer with reliable internet access for virtual training. Valid U.S. driver’s license. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Willingness to agree to a background check. Willingness to agree to a drug test. Ability to attend and complete all required training sessions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Company Location: United States.
