To succeed, you must become the definitive expert: mastering the internal networks of global agribusinesses, navigating complex supply chain challenges, and speaking the language of Science-Based Targets and Nature Positive goals to convert interest into high-ROI action.. Job Responsibilities. Build Strategic Relationships. Pinpoint and connect with key decision-makers—from ESG Directors to farm managers—within global F&B and agribusiness sectors. Bridge the gap between internal silos by mapping stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, and procurement. Expand reach through peer referrals and establish a reputation as a thought leader. Prospect with Precision. Spot the "execution gap" in ESG reporting where corporate goals haven't yet met measurable action. Map key focus areas such as regenerative agriculture and supply chain transparency. Assess budget cycles and procurement workflows to ensure a fast-tracked decision-making process. Sell Through Impact. Quantify pollination as a driver for biodiversity, traceability, and carbon goals. Bridge the gap between corporate environmental goals and operational risk reduction. Ensure our offerings are recognized as validated contributions toward corporate Nature Positive and Science-Based Target goals. Pivot from listening to execution by diagnosing sourcing hurdles and delivering high-ROI proposals with concrete, phased timelines. 3+ years of sales experience in agribusiness or food & beverage sectors. Proven track record prospecting and closing. complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. Experience navigating long sales cycles and building business cases for sustainability initiatives. Exceptional at identifying and engaging sustainability decision-makers. Strong business case development—you help internal champions secure buy-in and budget. Hands-on with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), pricing tools, and analytics (Sheets/Excel). Outstanding communication skills—you translate technical impact into compelling narratives. Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and persistence. Hard worker who can manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously. Realistic judgment about when sustainability interest converts to budget commitment. Genuine passion for environmental impact (not just a buzzword).
