The company works with U.S.-based physicians, ENT specialists, and medical equipment distributors to expand adoption and prescription of its products.. Position Overview. We are hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join the sales team. This role is mission-critical in driving outreach to physicians, healthcare providers, and medical equipment distributors in the U.S. The SDRs will be responsible for high-volume, multi-channel outreach and consistent account management to ensure strong engagement and follow-through.. This role reports directly to our partners, working closely with them to onboard doctors, identify new leads, and nurture accounts. Success in the first 30 days means learning the tools, consistently emailing accounts, and securing prescriber meetings.. Key Responsibilities. Provider Outreach & Prospecting. . Execute daily outreach to physicians, ENT specialists, and healthcare offices via email, LinkedIn, and phone . . Research and identify new prescriber targets (e.g., finding all doctors in a given health system) . . Personalize communications to maximize engagement and response rates . . Log all outreach activity and status updates in Salesforce and Halo . . Account Management & Follow-Up. . Monitor assigned accounts for new prescription activity and follow up with providers . . Ensure consistent, multi-touch engagement with both new and existing prescribers . . Manage relationships with B2B equipment distributors for bulk orders and discounts . . Collaborate with Jose and Forrest to source new leads and escalate complex issues . . Data Management & Reporting. . Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and outcomes in Salesforce . . Flag unresponsive or rejecting providers for escalation . . Submit weekly activity and progress reports to management. . Non-Negotiables. . 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a similar SDR/account management role . . Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with U.S. healthcare professionals . . Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools (Apollo, Halo, LinkedIn, email platforms) . . Ability to work U.S. EST business hours (9 AM – 6 PM) . . Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup . . Nice-to-Haves. . Previous experience selling medical devices or working with physicians/ENT specialists . . Background in B2B sales to healthcare distributors or equipment vendors . . Familiarity with healthcare compliance in provider outreach . .
