Take end-to-end ownership of building a centralised Associate Database in . SharePoint. , cleansing legacy data, and working with additional consultants to deliver seamless . integration with Salesforce. .. With a clearly defined brief, your objectives are clear:. Lead the data quality assessment, cleansing and standardisation of associate data from spreadsheets, SharePoint and legacy sources. Build a structured SharePoint-based Associate Database, including lists, schemas, controlled vocabularies, permissions and audit history. . Develop Power Apps forms and automated workflows (onboarding, compliance alerts, contract renewals, status changes). Create dashboards and reports to support operational, compliance and leadership visibility. Assist in SharePoint ↔ Salesforce integration. Managing data migration, testing (UAT), deployment, documentation and handover. Coming with the following experience will enable you to thrive in this role:. .
