We are seeking Engineers with completed PhD degree in various domains of Engineering, including but not limited to Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Process Engineering, Applied Engineering & Systems Engineering. Work on cutting-edge projects with top AI labs, fully remote, with flexible weekly hours. No AI experience required.. Your responsibility will be to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your Engineering knowledge. You’ll design problems, check how well AI solves them, and work with researchers to build better benchmarks.. Responsibilities:. Design advanced Engineering problems to test AI performance (e.g., Not limited to Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Process Engineering, Applied Engineering & Systems Engineering etc...). These will be conceptual, not involving coding.. Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic.. Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.. Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to PhD-level Engineering topics.. Requirements:. PhD (completed ONLY) in Engineering.. Strong computer science reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains.. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.. No AI experience required.. Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST. . Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave).
