Accountabilities:. . Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.. . Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of development work to meet quarterly product roadmap commitments.. . Guide technical discussions and make effective architectural and design decisions within your area of responsibility.. . Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.. . Conduct data analysis to support business requests, troubleshooting, and application performance improvements.. . Manage team tasks, resources, and performance metrics for optimal productivity and quality delivery.. . Estimate development efforts and coordinate resource allocation to meet project deadlines.. . . Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.. . Minimum of 2 years in software engineering management and 6+ years designing, developing, and delivering software products.. . Strong knowledge of SaaS operations, cloud-based application deployment, and modern technical tools.. . Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, OOP, TypeORM, MySQL, Git, AWS; Terraform experience is a plus.. . Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.. . Strong communication skills to clearly discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences.. .
