Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and content via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide information on account management, troubleshooting, and service features.. . Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription changes, and cancellations effectively.. . Resolve any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.. . Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system for follow-up.. . Collaborate with the technical support team to address and resolve technical issues for customers.. .
