As a Workday Data Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling organizations to maximize the value of their Workday investment. You will be responsible for leading complex data migration projects, guiding clients through best practices, and ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to cloud-based HR and Financials solutions. Working alongside global experts, you will contribute to large-scale digital transformations, lead teams of consultants, and advise stakeholders at every stage. Accountabilities. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:. . Leading data migration activities across Workday implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.. . Hosting workshops, facilitating discussions, and sharing leading practices with clients.. . Designing and delivering high-quality data conversion approaches and documentation.. . Managing and mentoring Workday Data Migration consultants to ensure project success.. . Acting as the main knowledge resource for converting legacy system data into Workday HCM and Financials.. . Collaborating closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and Workday experts to build robust solutions.. . Contributing to pre-sales activities by shaping tailored offerings for prospective clients.. . To succeed in this role, you should bring:. . Several years of hands-on Workday platform experience, ideally across multiple full-cycle implementations.. . Proficiency with Workday data migration methods (iLoads, Advanced Loads) and/or integrations (Workday Studio, EIBs, Connectors).. . Strong technical foundation and understanding of ETL scripts and methodologies.. . Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and communicate complex concepts effectively.. . Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented, solution-driven mindset.. . Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, global, and dynamic environment.. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.. . Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).. .
