United States. .. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform and help drive revenue growth across a portfolio of high-value publisher accounts. As an Account Manager in the Monetize division, you will serve as the main point of contact for key partners, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support long-term success. You’ll work in a dynamic, data-driven environment alongside a passionate team shaping the future of mobile advertising.. . Accountabilities:. . Serve as the primary contact for publisher partners across the Americas, managing day-to-day relationships and client needs.. . Identify and implement opportunities to upsell and expand existing partnerships based on deep product knowledge and market understanding.. . Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of active and potential business opportunities.. . Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews to drive alignment and growth.. . Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product, Operations) to structure deals and ensure satisfaction on both sides.. . Analyze partner performance and communicate actionable insights to improve outcomes.. . Represent the company at industry events and meetings to build rapport and expand visibility.. . Synthesize partner feedback and contribute insights to inform the product roadmap.. . . . 2+ years of account management experience, ideally in the AdTech, mobile, gaming, or tech industries.. . Proven ability to manage quotas and hit revenue targets in a client-facing role.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into client-ready insights.. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.. . Self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.. . Experience using CRM and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel) is a plus.. . Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and team gatherings.. .
