Paid Media Manager (20 hours per week). to lead and scale paid acquisition efforts for a fast-growing US e-commerce brand. You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns across Meta, Google (especially YouTube Demand Gen), Amazon PPC, and TikTok — with a strong focus on performance, creative testing, and channel expansion.. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and knows how to translate paid media insights into real growth.. What You’ll Do. . Own strategy and execution across Meta Ads, Google Ads (YouTube Demand Gen), Amazon PPC, and TikTok Ads. . Monitor and report on weekly performance, aligned to MER and ROAS goals. . Lead testing strategies with clear hypotheses, execution plans, and post-test insights. . Collaborate with creative and UGC partners to brief, request, and iterate on campaign content. . Analyze creative performance and prioritize asset needs (e.g., statics, influencer content, video). . Maintain clean, high-performing ad accounts — regularly pausing underperformers and reallocating spend. . Deliver actionable performance insights and recommend next steps for scaling. . Align paid spend with broader marketing and finance guardrails. . Scale underutilized channels (e.g., Google, Amazon) while keeping Meta in a steady, efficient state. . Support paid media hiring assessments and candidate evaluations as needed. . Stay updated on platform changes and best practices through rep calls and ongoing research. . What We’re Looking For. . 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience, specifically in DTC e-commerce. . Proven success scaling YouTube Demand Gen campaigns using video. . Strong command of Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok Ads. . Clear understanding of attribution, MER, ROAS, and performance analytics. . Analytical and proactive — always thinking in test cycles and iteration. . Ability to work independently and make data-backed decisions quickly. . Strong communication skills — able to summarize findings clearly and persuasively. . Bonus: Experience in fast-paced or early-stage brand environments. . Company Location: South Africa.
