In this senior-level remote position, you will oversee the technical support and upgrade activities of mission-critical eDiscovery platforms used by top legal, corporate, and service provider clients. You will leverage your expertise to ensure systems remain secure, optimized, and aligned with evolving business needs, while driving continuous improvement and implementing upgrade strategies. Working across both frontend and backend environments, you will resolve complex technical issues, guide team members, and maintain high service standards. Accountabilities. . Provide expert-level frontend and backend support for eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity, NUIX, Reveal, CloudNine, and iPro.. . Monitor and maintain client environments, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with specialized technicians when necessary.. . Create, edit, and maintain documentation for internal processes and procedures.. . Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on incidents, system changes, and planned outages.. . Offer escalation support to the technical team, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.. . Log all activities, time, and expenses in ConnectWise, following a structured daily schedule.. . Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, making constructive recommendations.. . Participate in occasional client site visits (up to 10% travel).. . . Strong understanding of the EDRM Framework and hands-on experience with eDiscovery solutions.. . Advanced knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and/or Reveal software platforms.. . Expertise in Citrix NetScaler, application publishing, and/or terminal server environments.. . Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, clustering, and automation scripting.. . Solid understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware.. . Experience with ticket management, issue tracking, and change log processes.. . Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure situations managing multiple priorities.. . Nice-to-have: certifications such as Relativity Infrastructure Specialist, Relativity Certified Administrator, Microsoft MCP/MCSA/MCSE, Citrix CCEA/CCIA, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP, and others.. .
