This role combines product expertise with sales strategy to achieve targets and promote brand loyalty in the high-end refrigeration sector.. Key Responsibilities. Sales Execution & Client Management. . Promote and sell kitchen refrigerators through direct customer engagement, in-store demonstrations, and digital platforms. . Develop tailored solutions for residential and commercial clients including real estate developers and interior designers. . Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. . Market Analysis & Strategy. . Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. . Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotions, campaigns, and events. . Technical Support & Training. . Provide product knowledge training to retail partners and store staff. . Address customer inquiries regarding refrigerator specifications, energy efficiency, smart features, and capacity. . Performance Metrics. . Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management. . Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery. . Education:. Bachelor's degree in refrigeration engineering or related fields. Experience:. 3+ years in home appliance sales, preferably with kitchen appliances. Familiarity with major commercial refrigeration brands is a plus. Skills:. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Travel:. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
