Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.. . Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services to customers.. . Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through solutions.. . Maintain customer records by updating account information and document interactions.. . Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex customer issues.. . Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.. . Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for improvement.. . . Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.. . Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.. . Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.. . Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.. . Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.. . Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.. . Company Location: Greece.
