In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to health products and wellness solutions.. Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages (including Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) will be essential as you help clients navigate product details, benefits, and services, ensuring they receive comprehensive support in making informed health decisions.. Responsibilities. . Deliver outstanding customer service in a Nordic language through phone, email, and chat regarding health product inquiries. . Assist customers with questions about product availability, usage, and benefits. . Manage order processing, returns, and effectively resolve customer complaints. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective issue resolution. . Gather customer feedback to help enhance our service quality and product offerings. . Stay informed about trends in the health and wellness sector. . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Icelandic, Finnish) and English, with excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in health or retail sectors, is preferred. Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Genuine interest in health and wellness, eager to assist customers in their journey.
