Participate in inception and iteration planning meetings, providing technical guidance and input to product backlogs.. . Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders across portfolios to ensure alignment and consistency of technical strategy.. . Serve as an expert in one or more technology stacks, sharing knowledge across teams and mentoring peers.. . Lead and participate in daily standups, retrospectives, and Agile practices, encouraging constructive feedback.. .
