You’ll also mentor junior developers, contribute to scalable architecture decisions, and help maintain design consistency through reusable UI systems.. Accountabilities:. Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-centric interfaces from wireframes to production.. Collaborate closely with backend and full-stack engineers to connect APIs with front-end applications.. Build and maintain the design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency and scalability.. Optimize performance across browsers, devices, and network conditions.. Develop workflows integrating human approvals and real-time activity updates.. Participate in testing, QA, and deployment across platforms.. Lead and mentor junior team members through code reviews and knowledge-sharing.. 7+ years of experience in front-end development focused on scalable, responsive web applications..
