Role Overview: We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Junior Guest Support team member to help deliver smooth operations and top-notch experiences for our guests and property owners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in guest communication, logistics coordination, and light marketing in the premium property management space.. You’ll work closely with the founder and support various parts of the business—from messaging guests to onboarding new property owners and helping coordinate day-to-day logistics.. Key Responsibilities:. . Respond to guest messages across multiple booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Stayz/Vrbo, Booking.com, and Direct Bookings) using industry-leading property management software, Hostaway.. . Assist with onboarding new property owners in select areas in Sydney. This includes conducting Zoom/Google Meet calls and guiding them through the setup process to ensure a smooth transition into our management system. . Provide ongoing support to existing property owners, addressing their questions, concerns, or operational needs in a timely and professional manner.. . Coordinate with suppliers and tradespeople (e.g., cleaners, laundromats, plumbers, electricians) to ensure all aspects of property maintenance and turnover are handled efficiently.. . Maintain accurate administrative records and consistently update CRM systems to ensure all property and guest information is current.. . Respond to property owner enquiries through marketing and outreach efforts, with full support and guidance from the team as needed.. . (Optional) Assist with social media and light marketing tasks to support promotional efforts and increase brand visibility.. . Required Skills and Qualifications:. .
