This role offers the opportunity to transform marketing data into actionable insights that drive business performance and optimize paid media campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-backed recommendations. The position combines hands-on analytics, data visualization, and reporting with strategic collaboration across marketing, product, and external partners. Monitor and analyze paid media campaigns from impression to enrollment, providing actionable optimization recommendations.. . Build, maintain, and communicate dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.. . Leverage first-party datasets and analytics platforms to generate insights for internal stakeholders.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and external agencies, to optimize campaign performance.. . Conduct ad-hoc analyses, A/B testing, and performance modeling to inform decision-making.. . Ensure consistent and accurate tracking, data collection, and attribution using established frameworks.. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.. . Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data analyst role, preferably focused on digital marketing or business analytics.. . Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and other measurement tools.. . Experience building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.. . Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery is a plus.. . Understanding of paid media channels (SEM, social paid, display, video) and attribution models.. . Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to translate data insights for diverse audiences.. .
