Responsibilities. . Develop and implement effective A2P SMS routing strategies aligned with business objectives. . . Monitor and analyze SMS traffic flows to optimize delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. . . Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through comprehensive data analysis. . . Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and support teams to ensure seamless message delivery. . . Maintain and build relationships with international carriers and SMS partners. . . Stay informed on evolving industry trends, technologies, and best practices in A2P messaging and routing. . . Be part of the routing team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.. . . Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related field.. . 2+ years of experience in A2P SMS routing.. . Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.. .
