Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, managing support requests through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and IT services promptly.. . Maintain accurate logs of support interactions, including issue details, resolutions, and follow-ups.. . Educate clients on product features and guide them through troubleshooting steps.. . Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.. . Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided.. . Keep abreast of emerging technologies and products to deliver knowledgeable support.. . . Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.. .
