The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within Tier 3 and Tier 4 ISPs across defined regional territories. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, lead qualification, and account management through inside sales channels. It supports field sales efforts and ensures a seamless customer experience for regional service providers.. Key Responsibilities. . . Develop and manage . a robust pipeline of Tier 3 & Tier 4 ISP accounts. . Conduct outbound . prospecting. and respond to inbound inquiries. . . Collaborate . with Regional Sales Directors and Engineers to align strategies. . . Execute campaigns . to promote Aginet product lines and TP-Link services. . . Track and report. on sales metrics and KPIs using CRM tools. . . Provide quotes,. coordinate samples, and manage deal registration processes. . Deliver. product updates, . webinars, and virtual demos for partners. . Required Qualifications: . . 3+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience. . Telecom, networking, or ISP sales experience strongly preferred. . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. . Strong communication and relationship-building skills. .
