We're seeking a highly experienced and business-savvy Media Buyer (Paid Ads Specialist) to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. This role goes beyond execution — you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle and also serve as the key point of contact for clients, offering strategy, insights, and performance updates.. Campaign Management. . Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).. . Perform audits of existing campaigns, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.. . Set up and optimize new campaigns from scratch when required.. . . Client Communication. . Act as the primary liaison with clients; conduct regular performance reviews, strategy updates, and check-ins.. . Understand and translate client business goals into actionable media buying strategies.. . . Performance Optimization. . Monitor campaign performance using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tools like Triple Whale.. . Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for scale or efficiency.. . Make strategic adjustments to improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and other key metrics.. . . Cross-functional Coordination . . Collaborate with internal creative, development, and design teams to request or improve ad assets, landing pages, or CRO elements.. . Offer input on messaging, audience targeting, and funnel optimization based on campaign data.. . . Reporting & Insights. . Deliver ongoing performance updates and insights to clients using live dashboards or concise updates (no long-form reports).. . Help evaluate product/channel-market fit, forecast potential, and advise on scaling budgets intelligently.. . Colleagues. You’ll collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team and work with other stakeholders as required.. Skills & Experience. . Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.. . Strong grasp of campaign strategy, ad copy, A/B testing, and performance analytics.. . Experience handling both lead generation and e-commerce clients will be an added advantage.. . Ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently, balancing attention across high- and low-spend clients.. . Proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, and tools like Triple Whale.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.. . Strong business acumen and ability to assess marketing impact on client profitability and growth.. . Qualifications. . Background in marketing, business, or a related field.. . Proven success working in a fast-paced agency environment or managing multiple clients independently.. . Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights in a clear, strategic way.. . Experience working with Shopify and WordPress websites.. . This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone.
