Payroll Clerk at Rrc. Rrc is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Clerk to join our growing team. Responsibilities. . Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and timely.. . Review and verify employee timecards and timesheets for accuracy.. . Maintain payroll records, including adjustments, deductions, and adjustments for employee benefits.. . Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.. . Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or inquiries from employees promptly.. . Assist with preparing payroll reports for management review and audits.. . Support the onboarding process by setting up new hire records in the payroll system.. . . High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.. . Proven experience as a payroll clerk or in a similar role.. . Familiarity with payroll software and databases, such as ADP or Paychex.. . Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws.. . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.. .
