Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer. to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in . Oracle Identity Manager. and a deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, role-based access control, and system integrations within large-scale enterprise environments.. This role requires both strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable identity management solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.. Key Responsibilities:. . Design, develop, and implement OIM solutions. for user provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access certification. . . Integrate OIM with various target systems. (LDAP, Active Directory, Databases, ERP systems, Cloud services, etc.) using connectors and APIs. . . Customize and extend OIM components. such as event handlers, adapters, schedulers, and approval workflows. . . Develop custom connectors. and manage OIM integrations with third-party identity and access systems. . . Configure OIM workflows. to automate identity management and access governance processes. . . Collaborate with business and security teams. to define identity governance policies, role hierarchies, and access control frameworks. . . Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrades. of existing OIM implementations to ensure optimal system performance. . . Implement OIM security policies. and ensure compliance with enterprise IT security standards. . . Develop scripts and tools. to support automation and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) of OIM components. . . Prepare documentation, technical specifications, and test plans. for OIM development and enhancements. . . Collaborate with cross-functional teams. including infrastructure, security, and application teams for seamless integration and deployment. . . Provide post-deployment support. and participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents related to identity management. . Required Skills & Qualifications:. . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. . . 5–15 years of hands-on experience. in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using . Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). . . Strong understanding of . IAM concepts. , including user provisioning, access certification, self-service, and password management. . Expertise in . OIM customization and extension. using Java, J2EE, APIs, and Oracle SOA components. . Experience with . OIM connectors. (LDAP, AD, DB, REST, SOAP) and integration with enterprise applications. . Proficiency in . workflow design. , . role-based access control (RBAC). , and . policy-driven access management. . . Hands-on experience with . Oracle WebLogic. , . Oracle Database. , and related middleware technologies. . Familiarity with . identity governance tools. and frameworks such as Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex integration and performance issues. . Experience in working with . Agile/Scrum methodologies. and . DevOps pipelines. for deployment and testing. . Preferred Skills:. Experience with . Oracle Access Manager (OAM). , . Oracle Unified Directory (OUD). , or other IAM tools. .
