To drive the next stage of growth we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to own and scale our most important partnerships while driving retention, revenue expansion and long-term success.. What You’ll Do. As our Key Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our top-tier partners. . You’ll ensure they’re successful, engaged and growing through a mix of account planning, expansion strategy and deep relationship building.. . Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.. . Identify and close expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, adoption).. . Lead regular partner check-ins, QBRs and roadmap sessions.. . Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to advocate for your accounts.. . Track performance, usage and satisfaction to guide account strategy.. . Represent marketgoo at conferences, onsite meetings and partner events.. . Who You Are. . You’ve managed B2B SaaS accounts before ideally in partnerships, customer success or enterprise account management.. . You’re a natural relationship builder: people trust you, and you get things done.. . You’re comfortable with data and love uncovering patterns that lead to action.. . You have strong product intuition and know how to align customer needs with product development.. . You thrive in async, autonomous environments but you’re not afraid to take the lead or challenge the status quo.. . You care about your partners’ success and bring positive energy to your work.. .
