Calabrio is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will help the company advance to the next level by facilitating the sales process and ensuring efficient operations. This position requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.. What you'll be doing:. . Provide one-stop-shop support to Sales and Sales Management by assisting them through the sales process, including internal processes, quoting and other Salesforce inquiries.. . Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, and Legal) to ensure timely deal cycles.. . Proactively communicate status updates and remove distractions so that the sales team can focus on selling.. . Continuously obtain feedback from the Sales Team and other stakeholders to collaborate with Sales Ops Leadership on process and systems improvements. . Organize operational trainings and general cadences with Sales Reps and Sales Management on an ongoing basis.. . Success Criteria:. . Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment. . Highly motivated and eager to streamline processes. . Creative problem solver and analytical thinker. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence in presenting to senior leadership. . Collaborative and team oriented, able and willing to work cross-functionally across the enterprise. . . 1+ years of experience in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Sales operations). . Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience required. . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. . General understanding of Customer Relationship Software (CRM). . Experience with Salesforce.com. . Company Location: United States.
