
Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Staff4Me. We are seeking a proactive . Sales Development Representative . to drive lead generation, support acquisition efforts, and contribute to strategic growth. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, research capabilities, and a passion for real estate or investment operations.. Tasks and Responsibilities. . Conduct outbound cold calls to self-storage facility owners to assess interest in selling. . Qualify leads by gathering key facility data (unit mix, occupancy rate, revenue, etc.). . Maintain and update lead lists using Google Sheets or Excel. . Research ownership details and facility information using Google, Google Maps, and Crexi. . Assist in building a top 500 prospect list for future outreach campaigns. . Support digital and direct mail campaign preparation. . Input and manage data in CRM systems with accuracy and consistency. . Collaborate with the founder and team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality. . Participate in basic underwriting tasks using provided Excel templates (training will be provided). . Provide general administrative support including scheduling, email management, and ad-hoc tasks. . Engage in ongoing training and feedback loops to optimize performance and lead conversion. . Work Schedule . Monday to Friday 8am -6pm EST. . 2–3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or business development. . Proven comfort and confidence in outbound calling environments. . Strong English fluency (spoken and written). . Familiarity with real estate or investment operations preferred but not required. . Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time. .
