Responsibilities:. . Collaborate with Product team to do beta testing and reproduce the issue. . Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via various communication channels. . Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and document solutions. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve product functionality. . Maintain knowledge of our products and stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements. . Contribute to the development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs. . . . 1+ year(s) of hands-on experience . with Automation Testing (mobile testing, web-based testing, API testing, or WinApp testing). . Demonstrated self-starting and supportive team spirit. . Ability to effectively multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment. . Strong command of English for effective communication and presentation skills. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. .
