Design and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested software that addresses complex, real-world challenges in healthcare.. . Provide technical leadership in the exploration, evaluation, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, automation, and developer productivity tools.. . Write robust code across the full application stack, with opportunities to specialize in front-end or back-end development.. . Partner closely with Product and Design teams to ensure seamless feature development and delivery.. . At least 10 years of professional software product development experience in an Agile environment, ideally in SaaS.. . Proficiency with development tools and processes, including Git, Jira, code reviews, testing, and pair programming.. .
