As an Orders Team Associate, you'll play a key role in managing the flow of customer orders from start to finish. This includes verifying the customer’s shipping details, placing incoming orders, and maintaining accuracy in every transaction.. Core Responsibilities:. . Process and verify incoming customer orders with speed and precision. . Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping in our order management system. . Communicate order status and resolve discrepancies or delays as needed. . Ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment. . . High attention to detail and accuracy. . Strong organizational and time-management skills. . Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with order or inventory systems (training provided). . Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. . Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, fulfillment, or customer service is a plus. .
