Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries in Croatian through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.. . Assist customers with the booking process, as well as modifications and cancellations of their reservations.. . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for reference and continuous improvement.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions of customer issues and maintain a high level of service.. .
