Accountabilities:. . Define and execute the product roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, focusing on protocol integrations, governance features, and on-chain settlement.. . Drive strategic initiatives in blockchain interoperability, enabling seamless cross-chain functionality and integrations.. . Work with financial institutions to deliver secure and scalable APIs and toolkits that accelerate blockchain adoption.. . Optimize protocol performance through data-driven improvements in throughput, scalability, and cost efficiency.. . Lead innovative initiatives in cryptography, DeFi, and blockchain consensus to push the boundaries of what’s possible.. . Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to bring blockchain products to market in a regulated environment.. .
