Design high-quality assets for digital channels (social media, paid ads, landing pages, email, etc.) . Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UI designs using Figma . Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints . Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals . Optimize creatives for performance, conversion, and user engagement . Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results . Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices . 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required) . Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable) . Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy . Experience designing for digital marketing and/or web environments . Ability to create both static and performance-driven creatives . Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines . Excellent communication and collaboration skills . Fluent in English . Nice to Have:. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) . Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles . Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands .
