Develop and maintain the company-wide financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.. . Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to leadership.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into strategic initiatives and operational plans.. . Support capital allocation decisions by evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence.. . Enhance financial reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in conveying financial performance.. . Play a key role in financial compliance and risk management initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.. . Who You Are. . 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or accounting, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.. . Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and analytics.. . Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).. . Outstanding analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.. . Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.. .
