We’re looking for an Account Associate to join one of our clients—a growing, mission-driven digital media brand that delivers thoughtful, independent coverage and brings together a highly engaged subscriber community. This role blends sales development and account management, perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn the art and science of client partnerships and campaign delivery.. Accountability. As an Account Associate, your success will be defined by your ability to support both pre- and post-sale activity across sponsorships and ad campaigns. You’ll assist with outreach and research, ensure campaigns are launched smoothly, and become a trusted point of contact for partners throughout their journey.. Sales Development Support. . Research new prospects and track advertiser activity across competitive platforms.. . Maintain CRM data integrity by logging outreach, updates, and key interactions.. . Support outbound efforts by preparing lists, doing custom research, and occasionally assisting with cold outreach.. . Prepare one-pagers, briefs, and slide decks for prospect conversations.. . . Campaign Execution & Account Management. . Manage post-sale execution, track timelines, assets, and deliverables.. . Lead internal and external kickoff calls, ensuring smooth handoffs and clarity of expectations.. . Serve as the main point of contact for clients during campaign delivery.. . Coordinate with product, editorial, and operations teams to ensure quality and alignment.. . Track revenue and retention metrics with support from the business operations team.. . Colleagues. You’ll collaborate closely with your client’s Commercial Partnerships Director, as well as other teams across the business.
