We are currently looking for a Design Verification Lead in the European Union.. We are seeking a highly experienced Design Verification Lead to drive complex SoC/IP verification programs in a global, collaborative environment. In this role, you will lead verification planning, testbench development, and coverage closure for ARM-based architectures, CHI protocols, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIE and DDR. You will coordinate across onsite and offshore teams, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality verification results. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on verification expertise are essential to success. Remote work is supported for EU-based candidates, while relocation to the Netherlands is offered for non-EU applicants.. . Accountabilities. . Lead end-to-end SoC/IP Design Verification planning, execution, and delivery for complex semiconductor projects.. . Build, maintain, and enhance verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.. . Oversee debugging, test development, and coverage closure to ensure high-quality verification results.. . Mentor and guide junior engineers across offshore and onsite teams, promoting best practices.. . Work with advanced interfaces and protocols, including PCIE, DDR, ARM, and CHI-based systems.. . Coordinate cross-functional deliverables and timelines with global stakeholders.. . Manage quality assurance processes, including version control, simulation flows, and technical documentation.. . . . 10+ years of hands-on experience in SoC/IP design verification.. . 2+ years of team leadership or technical delivery ownership.. .
