We’re looking for 2x Senior Software Engineers to join our cross-functional team, helping to design, build and deliver secure, scalable cloud services that create real value for our customers. You’ll work across our tech stack (C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React), collaborating closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to solve complex problems, drive technical improvements and mentor team members in a supportive and inclusive environment.. What you will do. . Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and maintainable cloud services using C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript and React. . Deliver customer value continuously in small, incremental releases to production. . Partner with product managers and designers to address open ended customer challenges. . Collaborate across teams on larger technical initiatives, architectural improvements and production operations. . Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented team culture. . Contribute to technical decision making, ensuring solutions are aligned with team goals and sound engineering principles. . About you. . 5+ years experience designing, developing and operating cloud-based software at scale. . Strong skills in one or more of the following: C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, React. . Proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance and maintainable systems. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. . Sound technical judgment, balancing trade offs to meet goals and manage risk. . Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous environments with inter-team dependencies. . Experience working in distributed teams within global engineering organisations. . Growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes. .
