Frequent travel is part of the role, offering exposure to multiple teams and operational settings while contributing directly to the organization’s strategic objectives.. . Accountabilities. . Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.. . Conduct thorough assessments to understand requirements and identify potential challenges for system implementation.. . Provide training and ongoing support to team members and clients to optimize system usage.. . Collaborate with internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.. . Assist with workflow optimization, system upgrades, and the implementation of new modules or features.. . Ensure all services and implementations reflect company values and quality standards.. . . Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business administration, real estate, finance, or technology.. . Proven experience in project management, implementation, or consulting roles, preferably in real estate or healthcare industries.. . Proficiency in Yardi products/modules (Voyager, Payscan, eProcurement, Lease Manager, RentCafé, Fixed Assets, and others).. . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.. . Familiarity with Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP methodologies preferred.. . Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict management, and documentation skills.. . Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to fast-paced, changing environments.. . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.. . Technical support experience is a plus.. . Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.. .
