Strong presentation skills; confident speaking in front of large groups.. . Solid experience in designing, developing, and managing training programs.. . Advanced skills in Excel for training-related data and planning, and high-quality presentations (PPT, Google Slides)- advanced level.. . Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).. . Great time management and organizational skills.. . Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.. . Desirable: proficiency in tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate for content development, and hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning projects.. .
