Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries regarding renewable energy products and services.. . Provide knowledgeable, accurate, and timely information to customers over various communication channels.. . Resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.. . Educate customers about the benefits of renewable energy and assist with product selections.. .
