Provide excellent customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat, assisting users of the recruitment platform. . Help clients with inquiries about job applications, profile management, and interview preparation. . Resolve user issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. . Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. . Coordinate with recruitment teams to relay candidate feedback and enhance user experience. . Collect and analyze user feedback to facilitate service improvements. . Stay updated on job market trends and relevant opportunities in Greece. . . Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others succeed. .
