As a driven Dispositions Outbound Sales VA, you will leverage your experience in outbound calling to support the Dispositions team by connecting with potential real estate buyers using an automated dialer. You will serve as the first point of contact for buyers, representing Rebuilt with confidence and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural, and a quick grasp of our market positioning and dispositions process. You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and can manage high call volumes, follow-ups, and CRM updates independently. You are coachable, reliable, and comfortable having direct conversations with buyers. Success in this role comes from actively participating in training, quickly applying feedback, and consistently executing at a high level.. Position Responsibilities:. ● Outbound Dialing: Make outbound calls to potential real estate buyers using the GoHighLevel (GHL) dialer.. ● Buyer Communication: Professionally engage buyers, deliver the company’s market positioning (MP), and identify qualified buyer interest.. ● CRM & Call Logging: Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and buyer feedback in the CRM.. ● Script Adherence & Objection Handling: Follow approved call scripts and apply objection-handling techniques learned during training.. ● Dialer & Tool Usage: Learn and properly use the GHL dialer and related tools (training provided by Alex, SME).. ● Performance Improvement: Apply coaching feedback to improve call quality, efficiency, and conversion.. ● Team Collaboration: Work closely with Alec and the Dispositions team to support buyer outreach goals. ● Education: High school diploma/GED required.. ● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of call center experience. Prior outbound calling or sales experience preferred.. ● Communication Skills: Clear spoken English with a confident, professional phone presence.. ● Technology: Comfortable learning GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM systems, and Google Apps.. ● Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependable internet connection.. ● Coachability: Willingness to learn real estate disposition concepts and apply feedback quickly.. ● Work Environment: Quiet workspace suitable for outbound calling..
