Graphic Designer at TopFloor. Our client, a marketing and consultancy company based in Mazabuka, is seeking is for a talented Graphic Designer to join their creative team remotely. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the company’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and business goals.. Key Responsibilities:. . Design and produce high-quality graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, web graphics, and advertisements.. . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for campaigns.. . Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and platforms.. . Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and creative direction.. . Edit and refine existing graphics to ensure they meet brand standards and marketing objectives.. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design techniques.. . Prepare files for print production and digital applications, ensuring quality and accuracy.. . Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.. . Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.. . Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.. . Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creativity.. . Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.. . Strong communication skills to understand and interpret project requirements.. . Experience in designing for both print and digital media.. .
