Lead the development and execution of customized influencer marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals, including recruitment, communication, and content planning.. . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering superior service and cultivating long-term relationships through strategic recommendations and proactive communication.. . Monitor program performance and budget pacing in real-time, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend, results, and return on investment.. . Analyze campaign performance across full-funnel metrics (impressions to ROI), drawing insights to guide ongoing strategy and clearly communicate results to clients.. . Negotiate media packages and manage influencer partnerships, including fixed-fee investments and long-term contracts, while mentoring creators for performance success.. . Oversee a portfolio of influencer programs, ensuring accurate delivery, compliance with scope, and continual identification of opportunities for client growth and success.. . . . Minimum 4 years’ experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setting, managing end-to-end campaigns for consumer brands.. . Deep understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing intersect, with experience crafting multi-channel strategies for measurable impact.. . Proficiency in analyzing social and performance data (engagement, CTR, ROI, etc.) to identify trends and optimize campaigns.. . Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, client-facing presence and the ability to navigate complex situations independently.. . Comfortable managing multiple clients and competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.. . Skilled in tools such as Excel; experience with platforms like CreatorIQ, Grin, or affiliate networks (Impact, ShareASale, etc.) is a plus.. .
