You will also mentor colleagues, provide demos, and support knowledge transfer to ensure adoption of best practices. Design, plan, and develop secure, scalable web applications.. . Research emerging technologies and deliver proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate applicability.. . Define, create, and maintain technical standards and documentation for interoperability.. . Deliver demos, presentations, and training sessions to support knowledge transfer.. . Serve as a technical leader in solution design and development.. . Evaluate and integrate new technologies into customer solutions.. . Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster adoption of best practices.. . . 6+ years of experience in web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.. . 5+ years of experience with Vue.js.. . 4+ years of experience with FastAPI and Python.. . 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud environments.. . Strong knowledge of system architecture for scalable, high-performance applications.. . Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.. . U.S. residency for at least the past three years (required for Public Trust clearance).. . Ability to lead a small team and manage project responsibilities when needed.. . Experience with high-throughput, multi-node, load-balanced systems is a plus.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.. .
